If you would like to tell others about your plan it may be possible to list it in the members area.
Of course, if your plan conflicts with one of our planned gatherings we reserve the right NOT to publish your item.
Your plan does not need to be complex, if it is in the early stages of planning only a broad outline is needed.
Be warned that if your idea is really good the Committee may snaffle it for a Club gathering.
