Mains Pressure Reduction Valves
As reported in our September 2006 Newsletter with the problem that some of our members have had blown water hoses in there vans due to the high water pressure in some areas. We have found a very good water pressure Limiting Valve the brand is RMC part number PSL50 350kpa. This valve reduces the water pressure to your van to 50 psi and the price is around $47 - $50 depending the Plumbers Supply Store you go to, The valves are available from Tradelink Plumbing Supplies, Eagles Plumbing Supplies or Reece Pty Ltd. You will also have to purchase two brass bushes 15mm x 6 mm @ $1.70 ea, and two neta brass adaptors 6 mm NL.02B @ $3.79 ea
